This site www.lebolemaison.it/en/, is owned by Spazio Lebole S.r.l. with registered office in Arezzo (Italy) via Margaritone n. 27 A / B / C 52100 Arezzo.The general conditions of contract govern the relationship between the Customer and Spazio Lebole S.r.l.  for the purchase of products from time to time for this purpose made available on the site www.lebolemaison.it/en/
For the purposes of these General Conditions, Customer means only the consumer, ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out. The purchase of the product is regulated by Italian legislation. 

Parties to the purchase contract
The website intended for the sale of items via the Internet is managed by Spazio Lebole S.r.l.. Any claim or request during the warranty period must be sent to the aforementioned company. Customer service can be contacted for any matter by writing to contatti@lebolemaison.it or by calling +39 0575 1654464 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 or by sending a text message via WhatsApp to +39 351 270 7411.

Products
Each Lebole fabric jewel is a unique product, no two are the same. The fabric of the earring that the customer will receive, while respecting the same shades, cannot be the one shown in the illustrative photographs, the color of the stone remains unchanged. It is also possible to request the availability of fabrics and view the images from time to time by sending an e-mail to contatti@lebolemaison.it Most of the products offered are available while stocks last. Consequently, Spazio Lebole S.r.l.  does not guarantee in any case the maintenance of the products for sale for a predetermined period. All complaints by the Customer about the order and shipment of an unavailable item will be considered unfounded. 

Conclusion of the purchase contract
All orders received through the website www.lebolemaison.it/en/ constitute a binding proposal for the purpose of stipulating a purchase contract with Spazio Lebole S.r.l. The purchase contract is binding and effective only when the company sends an order confirmation, through the website, by e-mail. Spazio Lebole S.r.l.  reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's orders in the event of insolvency of the same. The data indicated by the Customer when filling in the information relating to the order are the sole responsibility of the same. Spazio Lebole S.r.l.  cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Customer in entering the coordinates of the recipient of his order (shipping address, billing) and for shipping delays or the impossibility of sending the ordered products that these errors could cause.
The Customer has 24 hours to request the cancellation of his order by e-mail to contatti@lebolemaison.it and obtain a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable. Exceeded the times indicated, Spazio Lebole S.r.l.  is not able to guarantee the possibility of cancellation. If the Customer wishes to cancel an order received, he must return all the items included in the order.
To return items and receive a refund, please follow the instructions in the Return Policy section. 
Subject to performance in case of unavailable itemsIf the ordered items are not available within 14 days from the date of the order, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract even if the order confirmation has already been sent. In case of withdrawal from the aforementioned contract, the company will immediately send a communication and will refund the sums already paid for the items in question.
 
Prices
The prices indicated on the www.lebolemaison.it website are in euros (€). The information relating to prices and products available on the website is subject to change without notice. The price that will be applied will be the one indicated on the website at the time of the order date. Product prices can change based on trends, stocks and consumer demands. For this reason, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. cannot refund price differences that items may suffer.


Shipping
Shipping rates for Italy are free for purchases of an amount greater than or equal to € 35, otherwise the cost of shipping amounts to € 8 except for contrary clauses indicated at the time of signing the order contract. The different shipping options (accompanied by their rates) are presented during the order process and specified at the time of the summary of the same. Payment of the full price must be made at the time of the order unless otherwise specified during the order process and indicated on the invoice. In the event of a shipment outside the Italian territory, shipping costs, customs fees and formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be calculated from time to time based on the destination. The Customer is responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the products ordered in the country of shipment. 


Payment methods
The price invoiced to the Customer is the amount indicated in the order confirmation. The cost of the products can be paid through the following payment methods:

SCALAPAY – If the Customer purchases with Scalapay he immediately receives his order and pays in 3 installments. The Customer acknowledges that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that it must authorize such sale.

In case of payment by credit card, the order will be considered effective only after the bank payment center has given its approval to the transaction. In case of refusal of the bank payment center the order will be automatically canceled and the Customer informed by e-mail.
In case of bank transfer, the order will be considered confirmed only after the payment account will be displayed on the website of the bank of Spazio Lebole S.r.l. The payment of the Products by bank transfer must be received no later than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the e-mail. After this period, the contract may be considered terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 c.c.
To facilitate the connection between the payment received by bank transfer and the order placed, the Customer is asked to indicate the order reference number in the reason for the bank transfer.

Delivery times and conditions
After order confirmation and subject to the completion of payment of the ordered products Spazio Lebole S.r.l. undertakes to ship to the customer, under its own responsibility, the products ordered to the shipping address within 24/72 working hours for Italy and within 1/5 working days for abroad. All products ordered on the www.lebolemaison.it site  are intended for the personal use of customers or recipients indicated in the shipping address to whom it is expressly forbidden to make a partial or total resale of the products. Spazio Lebole S.r.l. will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the products have been shipped with the relative tracking code to follow the delivery status. The shipment will be made and followed by courier GLS or BRT for Italy and DHL or Poste Italiane for abroad. Any delays in shipment attributable to the carrier  or www.lebolemaison.it/en/ do not give the customer the right to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages or interest. The ordered products are transported at the risk and peril of the recipient. In the event that one or more ordered products is missing or deteriorated, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations to the carrier at the time of shipment. In case of apparent defect, the customer benefits from the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by current legislation. They are considered as cases of force majeure and therefore such as to relieve from their obligations of shipment www.lebolemaison.it/en/war, invasion, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of being supplied. For reasons of availability of the products ordered, an order may consist of several shipments to the Customer. In the event that the Customer wishes the products to be shipped to different addresses, it will be necessary for the Customer to forward several orders, one for each shipping address. 

Return policies
The Customer always has the right to withdraw his order within 14 calendar days, without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day of delivery of the order. The order can be returned within the period indicated using a courier of your trust or using the free return service offered by Spazio Lebole S.r.l. (valid only in Italy).
 
If the Customer is registered, he can proceed with the return by entering his account in the "My orders" section and clicking on "Return items".
If the Customer has placed an order as a Guest he can activate the return request
by clicking on the "Request a Return" item at the bottom of the site. Fill out the form by entering your email and order number; choose the items to return and the quantity, click on the “Return this Item” flag and indicate the reason for the return from the drop-down menu, and finally confirm the return.
 
In both cases the customer must print the return form and the prepaid label, place the products in their original packaging and return them to a BRT point.

Once the Customer's package has been received and only after assessing the integrity of the goods, the return acceptance procedure and subsequent refund will be initiated (initial shipping costs excluded where applicable). The return must concern new items in their original packaging accompanied by all your accessories. Items returned incomplete, deteriorated, damaged or dirty will not be accepted. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the return and is responsible for returning the jewel(s) to the Customer. 
If the Customer has received a faulty, incorrect or missing product, please send an e-mail to contatti@lebolemaison.it to report the anomaly. Customer Support will immediately take care of the request to solve the problem. The shipping costs for the return or replacement in this case are always borne by Spazio Lebole S.r.l. 
It is not possible to return an item purchased on the www.lebolemaison.it/en/ website at a Lebole Maison store or retailer. The Customer must return to the e-commerce all jewelry purchased from it, following the return policy described above. Likewise, it is not possible to return through e-commerce items purchased in Lebole Maison stores or retailers.
It is not possible to return a personalized item; a gadget or a jewel in promotion if bound at the time of purchase to an order. When the user purchases this type of item and intends to return one or more products of his order for a refund, it is necessary to return the entire order and it will therefore not be possible to partially withdraw from the order in order to return only some of the products that are part of the same.
 
Change
Without prejudice to the Customer's right of withdrawal as described above, in addition, if the user wishes to change an item (s), he has 14 calendar days from receipt of the same to replace the item (s) purchased on the site www.lebolemaison.it/en/. The replacement is granted only for change of color or size of the same article. Exchanges between different items are not allowed.

Refund
The refund will be charged to the Customer within 14 working days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made through the payment method used at the time of purchase. If the Customer has paid by bank transfer or cash it is necessary that he indicates an IBAN through which to issue a refund. 

Protection of personal data
All personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in full compliance with privacy legislation.
In particular, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. - with registered office in via Margaritone n. 27 A / B / C 52100 AREZZO - owner of the site www.lebolemaison.it declares to use personal data, voluntarily provided by the Customer, based on Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") which provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of the Customer. To this end, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. undertakes not to disseminate personal data on the network or transfer personal data to third parties, without prejudice to any legal obligations and technical needs related to the provision and management of the e-commerce service. The data controller is the legal pro tempore representative of Spazio Lebole S.r.l., Barbara Melani Lebole. Il processing will be carried out with the aid of IT tools by Spazio Lebole S.r.l. and the operators appointed by the latter and is aimed at providing the requested services, selling goods, processing statistics on the use of the services themselves and - where this has been specifically authorized - sending promotional information, both in digital and paper format (if paper is provided).

The provision of data by the Customer is mandatory in order to follow up the commercial activity and any refusal to provide such data will result in the non-execution of the sales contract. At any time it will still be possible for the Customer to request free verification, cancellation, modification of their data, or receive the list of persons in charge of processing, by writing an e-mail to contatti@lebolemaison.it or by sending a written communication to Spazio Lebole S.r.l., via Margaritone n. 27 A / B / C 52100 AREZZO.
In addition to complying with all the obligations provided for by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Spazio Lebole S.r.l. also guarantees the utmost attention to the protection of data from fraudulent access and immediate cancellation from its lists following a request to that effect by the Customer who at any time may exercise his rights towards the data controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, reproduced here in full:
Legislative Decree n.196/2003, Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. 
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them in as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. 
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been carried out to know, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. 

Intellectual property
All elements of the site, texts, works, illustrations, photos and images reproduced are part of copyright as well as intellectual property throughout the world. They are the exclusive property of Spazio Lebole S.r.l.
 
Tax Documentation
For each purchase Spazio Lebole S.r.l. issues a regular invoice specifying the items, quantity, prices, transport costs and VAT.
