Lebole Gioielli is inspired by INDIA this time.
Precious and fascinating Indian fabrics from the region of Rajasthan frame images of Mughal miniatures with female profiles subsequently hand-painted, one by one, detail by detail, so that one can perceive the three-dimensionality of color.
These images are the result of a fusion of traditions and styles that reveal the great Mughal dynasty, founded in 1526 by Babur who fell only in 1857 under the dominion of the English crown.
All this is expertly mounted in-house on a gilded silver sheet that allows the fabric framed by the precious material to be seen in the back of the earring. Natural stones follow the intense colors of the fabrics for an aesthetic continuity.
The forms used, that is the frames of fabric drawn by sinuous and fabulous lines, carry forward the idea of asymmetry: in a lobe frame six Moghul miniatures and in the other a mantra.
"HUM", a syllable that represents the wisdom that triumphs over hatred, is used as a symbol of good luck.
